Many forums are using the Ad management system, however the coder has stopped supporting the script. Therefore I have decided to release this modification. I will give support to those who need it and continue to make updates to the system.

====>> Live Demo
The Advertisement System was designed with the intent that anyone with any level of experience could use the system. It is easy to install and once installed, the templates are easy to use on a site. The advertisement system has several features that sites will enjoy such as it can be used on versions 3.6.x as well as 3.7.x. The ads can be placed in the following areas: header , footer , below whats going on, below the navbar , postbit , postbit legacy, pms, announcement, archive, left & right column in forum home , left column in member info and full page , threadbit , as well as forumbit. Also, the ability to not display advertisement on certain pages such as login, registration & the search page. This system allows you to personalize the system to better suit their needs such as setting permissions like ads after first post on a page, ads after last post on a page, ads after X post on a page, and ads every X posts on a thread. You may also display ads by forum ID, as well as customize the full page for your site. The system comes with a feature for auto refresh ads as well as Google analytics. Besides the features,there is constant support given to those who need it and of course, updates are made to the system in order to better serve the sites using the system.

I am having alittle trouble understanding how all of this works. I have everything installed correctly. That is for sure. I have all the template edits done and in the correct spots.

If I am just trying to install a google ad at the moment, right below the navbar, how do I go about this? I wasn't sure how to do it so I tried the following things.

I tried adding the code to the "Google Analytics code" section. That did not work. It showed the ad in the footer. This is with the footer options all turned off. I had the header options turned on and it still displays in the footer. But this was just testing. I was not even sure if I was suppose to put it in the google analytics cide section or not. So I then turned this off and removed the code from there.

I know it uses the vb ad management templates. So I added the google code back to the vb template right below the navbar. It nows shows up like it is suppose to. So I go and turn *off the header part of the advertisement system. To see if it some how controls the vb templates. The banner still shows with the header part turned off in the advertisement system.

I also tried a few other variations, but I cannot seem to get it to work. Is there some one that can explain this to me? I follow directions great. But there are no directions on how to do this. Like I said, I know I have it installed correctly. I know how to follow directions. I now just need help to get a simple google ad displayed. After that I will be able to figure out the rest.

Lastly, I cannot figure out how to get the sponsored link to disappear? It really does not look good down there with no links. I am going to have to uninstall this soon if I cannot figure it out. I have alot of users and do not want them seeing that. It looks very unprofessional, as I am sure all of you know.

I would greatly appreciate the help. And thanks for your time in advance.

Well, I installed this product, and modified the templates, but I am having an issue with the footer ad. It's not showing in the Sponsored Links box, but at the very end of the page.

Seems very buggy to me, I'll wait on using it.

Is it possible to rotate/slideshow adsense ads ? If so, how ?

Also using the dark_vb skin on 3.7.1 the ads on the left and right sides wont show up. (the header and footer display fine though)

slideshow it s only for images if you want this for adsense you must use a auto refresh but it s against the tos (( google adsense will ban your acount ))

for left& right column i think you have some missing codes or some tags still open in your style !so try this :
in forumhome add <br /><div>$ad_leftcolumn_code</div> below $header

Does the flash rotation fix this:

In certain skins like dark_vb, the slideshow will cause scroll bars to be placed on smaller resolution monitors causing the ad to be cut off.
