activate accnt Problem

Hi when user register and they click on activate the accnt they got this message plz help what am i doing wrong it was working fine...

We could not activate your account because this web address is not valid. Make sure that you have the entire address from the email, and that your email client has not split the address over several lines.

Try disabling your modifications.

I am also having this problem and cant find what modification is causing the problem

it was working fine but did not do any modification installs recently, only thing that was done was updated vbulletin to latest version!

Solution found in removal of modification "Automatically Add Friend
