How do i add the "New Posts/message" in the Logging part

I would like to know wich template and what i have to edit, to add the new message/post sinbce the last visit. Here

Goto your admincp styles and find navbar template,,, thats where U will find the loggin info listed...

I kNow that is in the navbar, but What i have to look for? and what i have to add? i mean the code.
