I have given my moderators access to change user titles when they make 100 post.where is the option given to change user title at for Mods? I see it when i log on to admin account but dont locate when we log in to moderator account...

have you tried usergroup options?

yes i have it set but where would the moderator go to change his user title cause i see nowhere to change title when i logg in as just a moderator....

You need to enable custom titles in the usergroups youd like them to apply too..
