Featured Profile On ForumHome

Is it possible to display a featured profile on the forumhome template which will randomly display an avatar/username from a defined usergroup?

I've looked everywhere for something like this and the only thing I can find is for vbadvanced. However I'm not using this.

I'm using 3.7.
