How to edit vbullettin's description and members?

I have the need to edit one by one the title and the description (the one that appears in search engine,just to understand each other) for every form user.

Is it possible to do it?

Otherwise exist a suitable plugin?

To edit the meta data you can set this within the vBulletin Options:

ACP -> vBulletin Options -> General Settings -> Meta Keywords & Meta Description

Not sure about "every form user" though as it is quite unclear of a question.
