Stickies
I see some forums have their sticky threads and annoucements seperate from the rest of the threads....how do I do this?

Thanks but I do not see that code they speak of.... this is all I find close to it

Would common sense not dictate then, that you should add the bit that is missing? (i.e. the bit between the HTML comment (<!-- and -->) tags)
