Longer usertitles for staff only?

I was wondering if it's possible to allow staff only to have a longer usertitle character limit than members?

I'd like to keep my members usertitle limit to 35, but allow my staff to have a much longer one.

I'm running vb 3.6.8.

No this is not a default option.

Does anyone know of any mods that have this option? I've tried searching but had no luck so far.

I have not seen any mods for this. I believe all you have to do is find the form where you input the title and put a conditional around the title input field that will allow the longer value only for your staff usergroups.
