PayPal Donate Systems ideas

VBulletin Coders especially those who are involved with PayPal Donate Systems

I presently have one of the Paypal Donate systems installed on my forum. But what I would like to do is offset the donations so that anything that is donated above the cost of running the forum could be donated to Charity (in the first instance Great Ormonde St Hospital in London UK)

So what do you think of this idea?

I would like the running costs of forum to be displayed the donation totals to be displayed and the total donated to charity also displayed.

If I am thinking right the obvious way to develope things further from this would be to include multiple charities in a similar way to the systems that ebay has in place if you get my drift - at least that would be something that could be achieved with developement of such an idea if it was further developed to include more than one charity that could of course be set/limited to the forum owners choice as an alternative to.

Obviously this does not have to be limited to just Paypal either in much the same way OSCommerce and WHMCS have multiple Methods

As a subnote I would be my own host with my own name servers and would be donating the hosting sevices for a link back as Free Donator in my own case which would also need to be factored and considered into my own particular criteria version that is possible/probable to do from this proposal

& This working with PHP is new to me,

I would like to be able to help you ChrisOLP but other than perhaps suggesting someone trustworthy who could probably help you with the install of said thing if you are looking for any of the additional features I have in mind I am still making appeals for consideration myself

The guy I have in mind if you need an install would only require a small minimal payment to help you with the install but I myself am into SEO and really dont like messing with too much other code not related to CSS XHTML html and things related to SEO
