What holds the colors of the navbar and links of the navbar in the CSS? Where is it exactly? I need to know, thanks.

If i'm not mistaken..

1. Its not anything special with the navbar. Its using the same CSS/colors that the rest of your forum is using.

2. To change bg color of navbar->Go to your style settings->Notice the First Alternating Color and Second Alternating Color

3. To change color of links , see the settings block right after image paths i.e. in Body->Links CSS
