Well i am looking for a mod that does the following:

More advanced administrator permissions. Like Jr.Admins editing users. I just want jr's to not be able to promote and demote but if i uncheck editing users it will take away EVERYTHING to do with that. I still want them to change passwords and emails...etc

If their is a mod like that please link.

why searching for mods when vB has it all..

Create a usergroup say Jr. Admin.. and assign limited admin rights to it manually!! you can assign permissions to individual Jr. Admins as well..

I don't think it would be much required as User's can themselves set/reset passwords and emails anytime.

It is not a VB3 engine, just a parsed copy!
