Intergration with Kayako
Hi Has anyone had any experience intergrating vB with Kayako Support Desk. We will be looking for someone to undertake this for us, whilst we will arrive at the Support Desk home page, we will need the user to use their logon profile from vB.
Thanks A :erm: |

Ive never used that particular support desk software but as long as you have someone with knowledge its not hard to intergrate the cookie system.

if you sort it let me know.... would like to know how you did it? It might be worth checking the Kayako forum, as it is more likely that they had a post on their that somebody has intergrated it with VBulletin.

Kayako has a module called LOGINSHARE ... It works with many systems, including vBulletin integration. Take a look and search for LOGINSHARE in kayako's forums.

I purchased it and will be integrating it as soon as 3.7 goes gold. Hope it goes well..

keep in mind that the kayako side of the loginshare routine does NOT support table prefixes.... you'll have to add those in yourself IF you have the "full source code" version.
