Does 3.7 vb have a bank or something to reward members for their posts... i want them to get 24H$ to buy ribbons, title highlitght, etc... is this the same thing as store

A bank is different to a store, although if you need a bank in the traditional point system terms, with loans and stuff, vB Credits has one built in. And a lottery system.
