Hi,
I have moved vBulletin on new server and now all is working fine, except for one last thing. The board does not display the accented characters. Database charset is ok and phi.ini too. Following is an example of what I am meaning about. This is a template of my board, when it gets an accented character, it cuts the code: Code:
<div align="center"> <form action="https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr" method="post"> <input type="hidden" name="cmd" value="_s-xclick"> <input type="image" src="http://www.paypal.com/en_US/i/btn/x-click-butcc-donate.gif" border="0" name="submit" alt="PayPal - Il sistema di pagamento online pi? Any idea please ? |

Use this to convert any special characters:
http://www.pinyin.info/tools/convert...ninumbers.html So your ? should appear as ù in the code. |

You cannot use these types of characters in code, that is why you are having this problem. The point is not that how it happened, the point is that in order for it to work, you need to convert it, it's that simple.

That is not in the code... it' s inside the HTML alt
--------------- Added [DATE]1210077549[/DATE] at [TIME]1210077549[/TIME] --------------- Also, I get the problem in the users posts too... |
