Using vB for accounts outside of vB

It's not impossible but there aren't any modifications here that will do all your asking, so you'd either have to request it, hire someone to do it, or do it yourself.

However, there is this mod which will help you integrate login's and allow you to use vBulletin code on your website. I use it and it works like a charm.
