Ok so i was running a site [elite-forums.com] which had 2000+ users and 14,000+ posts and we hit a nasty crash and afterwards the d/b was just acting nasty it was acting like there was stuff installed etc even though there wasent so i basically bought a new domain because i heavily modded zoints and vewrite and never backed it up so long story short i was ruined from everyway.

So anyway the new site is Elite-BB.COM

I need feedback and also the members started to post a couple of downloads do you guys think i should make a section for this and should it be public or private , what type of disclaimer should i use etc etc , i want to stay far away from being a warez site you know...
