nope...once you don't charge people for products by attaching the star wars logo on it (unless you get copyright permission from the people at lucasart), you are free to do what you want since it is seen as a non-profit fan site.
Don't know if you work for Lucas Art or if you have done a research on the word "starwars"? If not, i would not make such statements.
Do you know if it is registered as a trademark?
If it is registered as a trademark, then it does not make a difference if you use it for a free community or for commercial purposes.

Sorry but this is simply not true. For example "vBulletin" is a registered trademark and you may not use it in your domainname. Regardless of the use of the website.
