Database help!

fix line 123, did you accidently remove the ' or ; from the line?

$config['SpecialUsers']['canrunqueries'] = '1';

Enter your userid there, make sure you dont remove anything and the userid is between the quotes

Here is that line as it stand right now:

$config['SpecialUsers']['canrunqueries'] = '3';

Anything wrong with that?

Try a new config.php file.

Check each line in the file and make sure that no other line has been effected and is in the correct format.

Try to correct your mistake before overwriting it with a new config file

Again, the info in your config.php is incorrect. Check your user and password.

The password is there. i have checked it 10 times. I dont have a clue.

Please post the username and password lines from your config.php (you can blank out the password itself).
