Sharp theme/skin needed- see examples

This is the site and I'm looking for a sharp theme can anyone recommend one? All colors and skin types considered. I am drawn to those with a wider side column.

(will try and add more examples when I find them)

Am looking for suggestions on where to find a theme like this or if someone has the skills to develop one for the site then I am happy to promote their design services in return across my whole network of websites.
