Images preview in thread

So I found the improved thread preview, but I want a preview of the thread that shows images: see attached example.

I found the javascript tooltip thingy but it wasn't any help. In my example the images are from the very first thread when mousedover.

Appreciate any help on this

So, when you mouse over the little paperclip, you get a pop-up with the images? That is pretty cool, but you would need to make sure you are showing the thumbnail images, not the full size images. If you notice when you click on the paperclip, you get a listing of the attachments, so I would think you could use that queries there to get the attachment names and then you just need to code it to spit out the thumbnails.

Well, when you mouse over the thread title you get the images, thumbnailed. In my example they have it so when you mouse over the title it collects the first four, or so, images and displays them for a preview.
