What to expect on 3.54 > 3.69 upgrade?

Moving from 3.54 to 3.69 & seek info relative to what we should expect not to function... We've got many custom modules installed & fear some incompatability issues will arise.

The best thing to do is go to your User CP (here) > Installed Modifications. Then, go through your list and read the thread and see if people have made any comments about using it on 3.6.x. Also, some of the 3.5 Mods were upgraded to be used on 3.6.x and the developer usually states that in the first post. So, really, your Installed Modifications list is your friend here.
