You are right, sorry if I sound a little aggressive, I wasn't, just trying to explain the idea of my client.

Opserty, you misunderstood me, but my fault I didn't explain it right. The development is for my client, not for me, and of course he is not charging to upgrade the Internet Explorer, the idea is to say that "the solution" they using are not the right solution, because it's old, insecure, etc, "time to renew your computer and please buy you new and updated computer here". The client sells computers and some software. Hope I made my idea more clear, you are welcome to say your opinion, all opinions help
