Hi A couple of days ago i moved my site from phpbb to VBulletin using IMPEX. All has gone very well with the exception of one small glitch. All my users have the label Site Admin!!

Luckily they do not seem to have the rights associated with the label.

PLease could someone take a look and tell me where to change this! Its causing my users much amusement

I had the same problem - it's because all my ranks didn't get imported properly and the only one that came in was "Site Admin"

easiest thing I did was go into the vbulletin database via phpmyadmin and do something like

UPDATE usertextfield SET rank = ''

that should fix it.

Check the registered group and make sure it has the desired "title/rank"

Then go to the maintenance section in the admincp and update counters, then update the ranks using the update title & ranks option.
