I saw a customization (mod, addon, plugin, etc.) on www.namepros.com and a few other places that adds a 2nd popup for hyperlinks in vB's editor:

When you click the link button, the standard popup comes up asking for a URL. Then, after you insert the link and hit OK, another popup window asks for the link's title. If you leave it blank, it just parses the (untitled) URL normally.

I've been looking all over for this mod and can't seem to find it.
