Category Charts

I search a mod which allows to create forum home category charts.
the sense is that cateogrys which are active change the positions with other forum categorys which are not so active. example:

category1 (red) all in all 1700 posts
forum a
forum b
forum c

category2 (green) all in all 1200 posts
forum a
forum b
forum c

after a week in the category red the users post 200 posts so they have 1900, in the cageroy green, the users post 300 posts so they have 1500 posts.

in this week was the category green more active than the red, so the category comes up to the category 1 position and the red comes to the categorey 2 position.

exist something like this?
