Ok i tried disabling all the mods.. didnt work.. not in my theme..nor in the default theme..

And by the way.. should i revert my new theme??
or shud i revert the default theme?

Okay i reverted my THEME...still ..still.. i dont see my toolbox

not in my THEME nor in DEFAULT!!
