hello guys, where can i find the option of drop down bar in the ACP where i can change the path of the images for the site?

Are you talking about the images for the style? Styles & Templates > Style Manager > find your Style > StyleVars.

i do have one question though, for one of my mods, i need to be a superadmin right? i whent into config.php and i set my ID as a superadmin, so then i go to the mod options in the ACP and i go to set the Admin that can alter settings and then it says im not aloud to do this becuase i dont have superadmin permissions. Do you know why its still not working? if theres any correlation, the Mod is Cybernets login to user mod for 3.6.8

I'm not familiar with that Mod. You may want to ask that question in the modification thread or read the thread and see maybe if it's been brought up before.
