Is there a way to revert Moderator edits?
I was told to ask this here rather than vBulletin.com... so, here it is:
Is there a way to revert Moderator edits? Or at least see what the original post was before a moderator edited the post? Either one would work. Anybody? Also... is there a way to remove "edited by soandso" from said post? Thanks. |

1. Look for a plugin "Edit history". We run it. It's brilliant—you can compare the post revision side-by-side.
2. Turn off the "Show edited by" option per usergroup. |

No, it won't, because they're not saved by default.
You don't trust your moderators? |

Anyway, either on purpose or not, he edited someone else's post in a pretty heated political thread... and since he was on the opposite side of the discussion, well, it looked really bad. |

Hehehe. I know how that goes.
But, sadly, there's no way to find out any more than you already know, which is that he edited the post. The Edit History plugin, however, should help if the situation comes up again. |

Indeed.
