Well there is a catch22 to this...

Yes you can set a fixed with ...but:
1) what is the best width considering the many resolutions of different PCs
2) when people post images, it will still stretch the post

Nonetheless I will post the two solutions...

for fixed width...go to Admin CP > Styles & Templates > Style Manager
Then your style(s),...say your theme name is Default, you will see All Style Options already loaded in the drop box...just press Edit...

go to Main Table Width (pixels or percentage) under Sizes and Dimensions and set it to the pixel size you like...or a percentage as the case may be.

If you want to resize images (with full size viewing option) , try this:

Edit - I took a look at your side in my browser... It seems your Cyb Sub Forum manager may be causing the problem with those large sub forum names...just set a fixed width and maybe use 1 row of aligned subforums instead of two on the forum home page display.

Also the vB statistics mod seems quite a lot so I dunno.

Thank you so much for your reply. I went ahead and fixed the titles/names of the subforums so that it's not that long.. also fixed the width and all members are seeing fine now.

But i noticed it yesterday and though it would fix itself after doing the following changes, but the member list is all funky still:

www.worldformoms.com/memberlist.php

any idea how to fix that? if not, it's no biggie

I know vB allows it but there are too many column fields so it's still forcing it to expand. On my forum I only have 5 data columns.

You can just remove the more unimportant ones or leave them if you like if you think they are necessary.

If you wanna remove them:

Admin CP > vBulletin Options > vBulletin Options > User Listing Options

Check and de-check what you like.
