Well, the title explains it all - I was attempting to install vbadvanced_CMPS_1.0.1 and was unsuccessful.
During the installation, which is done here: http://yoursite.com/forum/admincp/vbacmps_install.php I continually received errors referring to: vbacmps_install.php These errors were things like: Fatal error on vbacmps_install.php line 1205, etc. What went wrong? Then - I decided to just get rid of it. Now, if you go to http://www.mysite.com it won't show you the forum, but if you go to http://www.mysite.com/index.php, it will. So I had to setup a redirect to take you there... And on top of that, here is yet another problem: http://img233.imageshack.us/img233/5584/hmmzi0.png That was never in one line before, until now. I either want to know how to install this program properly, or how to erase the damage done by it - any help is appreciated. Thank you. |

vBa CMPS 1.0.1 is quite an old & outdated version of the program. What version of vBulletin are you using?
If you are using any version of vBulletin that is newer than the 3.0.x series then you should download a copy of CMPS from http://www.vbadvanced.com for the version of vBulletin that you are using. |
