2 Websites?
Are we allowed to have like..
I use http://cheatchat.org for my vBulletin, but can I only use the same licensed vBulletin on another site, to test mods, and stuff like that? |

In my opinion, the best way to test mods is to install vBulletin on your local machine.
If you can't do that, and it needs to be on a live server, you will need to have it password protected according to the vBulletin license agreement. |

I don't want to do that, I want to be able to show my testings to other administrators/friends.

I think it should be fine to make a test forum for installing hacks and to show it to your buddies and staff before implementing on your actual board.
You should send a ticket and see if it's alright with Jelsoft. |

I already told you...
You CAN have a "test" forum up and running, but it needs to be password protected. If you want to show it to other admins / friends, then you will need to purchase a second license. This is in the vBulletin license agreement. |

Well I assume once you keep it behind closed doors (password protected) to show his friends for beta testing purposes and so on, its ok.

I asked this once on vb.com. I had a copy of my site running on an .htaccess protected subdomain, and they told me that I was violating the license agreement.

You are allowed to give out limited access to other admins/friends of your board for testing purposes.
