Did you upload all the files?
Did you make any manual adjustments to the footer template? (i.e. did you manually type in "powered by 3.6.7" rather than having " $vbphrase[powered_by_vbulletin]"

Hello, I don't have any custom footer and yes I uploade all files. I have suspended the site on the server because it seems all the sudden mysql on all other sites on server stopped working. I suspended it all day to see if I would still have trouble with mysql on the other sites on server. I did not have any trouble today. So now I am afraid to make it live again sence I have no idea what to do sense it looks like it is the culprit causing the trouble. Any ideas what my next step should be?

Hmm well the problem could be the MySQL back end ... but I am not sure.
I don't know if this is really relevant but you can do a Suspect File scan to see if you have any odd files within your vb file folder on the server. This option is under the Admin CP > Maintenance > Diagnostics. Check with your server admin to see how to correct the MySQL errors before relaunching. In my opinion though, once the files have been replaced, the updated information should appear.

Wow, so much for "yea uploaded all files" Do I need to upload the install folder to? I don't get it I really thought I uploaded all files...a number of times. Here is what i see.
