On my Memberslist page I have a bunch of nonsense that says ''Award:'' all the way down. How do I remove it, I can't seem to find it in the Memberslist templates either. Link: http://mousegeeks.com/memberlist.php

Seems like you might have installed an awards modification, so best to check the release thread of that modification for how to uninstall or make edits.
