2 Simple Questions ?? I am Stuck Please Help Me

I am a New Vb user.

i am running v3.6.8 patch level 2

i have 2 questions,

1. How can I put colours for each postion like admin , mod , active member

for example :- i would like to put red colour for all Admins titles , and Green colour for All moderators
if there are 4 admins, i want all of their names in red colour>>>

2. how can i allow the members to put images in their signature
please tell me in which options do i need to go

1. admin cp > usergroups > select the usergroup to edit (such as administrators) and go to username html markup and enter something like "<span style="color:green;">" in the first box and "</span>" in the second box. That will put all administrator names in green

2. admin cp > usergroups > select the usergroup to edit (such as administrators) > Signature Permissions > Allow image code to Yes
