Can Vbulletin's "Rich-Text Editor" save pasted images locally?

Yes, this would be excellent!
I obviously don't care if it's done directly after paste, or after the post is submitted.
So long as it ends up being natively hosted.

Now, does this feature exist?
Or will there have to be some modification created?
Or will there need to be some code changed?

Because I'd like to purchase VB if this can be done.
