Display FAQ during sendmessage

I get the same questions sent to me over and over, and the reply to them is the same: Subject: registration problem Q: Why can't I post / I haven't received my activation email / Etc.

It seems to me that one of the most obvious needs is an autoreply to specific subjects selected in the sendmessage.php form - it could be an autoreply via email, or it could be an ajax text banner that is displayed after the submit is clicked; perhaps presenting them with a preview of their question and its possible answer with a confirm send button to continue and send the question.

I wish I had the time to code this as it seems to me to be, potentially, a very useful and professional add-on - if anyone is currently working on something like this perhaps I can help - if I've overlooked the function that addresses this, please let me know.
