Depends on what CMS you use, and you need to secure your server before doing anything.

If you are using vBADvanced, simply revert the templates from the AdminCP, if usnig something else its hard to tell what you'll need to change. They all work differently these days

But dropping MySQL tables probably isn't the best route to go no matter what.
