This site is for vb mods for licensed user.n why am i suppose to pay 30$ for the support bro if i dont get it.

Am i not eligible to ask here about this mod here.

You are not paying $30 for any support at this site - that is for support via the ticket system at vbulletin.com. This is a seperate site run by volunteers.
