should i remove all my hacks and mods before i go to 3.7.0 Beta 4

The sole reason for having a testboard installed. Glancing at that list some of those do in fact work without a problem. Check the appropiate thread for each mod and see if there were any people that confirmed or reported compatibility issues. But bold moves like that should at least wait until at least the RC version is released. Just my opinion.

some of the hacks you have installed are now obsolete with vb 3.7 ... like Zoints Tags... vBulletin Tags system is better...
interactive profiles is also better with 3.7...
