Okay, what do I do now? I upgraded to the Beta on a practically untouched vBulletin installation and now I can't even access my site options page, and the profile pages are screwed up and I keep getting the vBulletin database error email.

There are two of them:

Are you sure you actually ran the upgrade script ?

There are some plugins that are not compatible with 3.7 and one of them has to do with moderation post counts. Turn off all your plugins to see if a plugin is at fault.
