inquiring about mod information

goodmorning,

so i was wondering if there is a hack..or maybe u can guide me on the setup...well u know when we download hacks on the right hand corner there are two columns

1. mod information
2. the developer

also on the top it says date relased..last updated...how many installed

well i wanted that set-up in my forum..is it possible if so how.

please guide
