I can't find it anywhere, I searched welcome message and auto PM, and I still can't find anything. I am trying to look for the mod that automatically sends a welcome PM to all the new registered members, can anyone link me please?

This is a default feature. Look in the vBulletin Settings section. I believe it's under "User Registration".

Admin CP > vBulletin Options > User Registration Options > Welcome Private Message

Could it be any easier?
