How can I take a program from vbulletin and make it display on a page that does not involve vbulletin? I have the recent posts mod installed and am wanting to have it display on my home page, which is made through microsoft frontpage. I was told this:

"If you want to have it on a different page (Not powered by vbulletin) You would need to connect to the database and query the information. Same concept really."

Im fairly new to website building and am not quite sure what this means. Can anyone help me with this please?
