Mass Usergroup Edit

I'd like a mod which will allow me to edit multiple usergroups at once.

I have many usergroups that need the same permissions, and editing them all individually is a real pain.

It'd be great if I could edit then all at once.

It'd also be great if a mass forum permissions edit could be made too.
