Is it possible to remove a spammer's sent PMs from the admin panel (or elsewhere)?

My spammer is not a bot, it is someone who methodically waits out the PM flood control and spends hours sending spam PMs one-by-one to my users. I've banned him (and made him a miserable user to boot), now I want to get rid of all his sent PMs.

Is this possible?

Look for the Spam Ban and Cleanup mod.

In the admincp pull up their user account, in the drop down menu deleting PM's sent by them is an option.
