list and count No of people in a usergroup,

i'm in the middle of Making up a forum for a clan whom will be using the auto promotion for members... pritty much the longer they have been in the clan the higher there rank is... if they reach a certain rank then they also get more access as well...

well what i'm looking for is something which will list the numbers of people in certain usergroups...

it will be sitting in a vba module at the end of the day as well...

i'm thinking it will look something like this

Private: 45
Lance Corporal: 15

etc....
