Coppermine Box on User Profile
Hi All,
Can someone steer me in the right direction... I want to be able to put a box on the users profile page which shows images that the user has placed into my coppermine gallery. I am already using cpmFetch to display photos on my homepages and it works great. Ultimately I would like to somehow do the same thing but with the users images, say the last 4 uploaded, to appear in a box on their user profile. Thanks much! Joey |

Hi Joey,
I am looking for something similar (or maybe it's the same thing). I have integrated vb and coppermine, and the users are uploading successfully photos in the galleries (NOT their personal galleries, but public galleries > this means that one album has photos from different users). I would like to have a link that creates a query for each user, that shows all the photos that have been uploaded by this user in the public galleries. |

This is exactly what I am trying to do. I am using the cpmFetch tool, which works great, but have not figured out a way to pass the query of "owner=username" where username is the name of the person which uploaded the files. I have no problem using cpmFetch for hardcoded queries, but this one really has me stumped. If you figure it out, please let me know, either here or via email at Joey@Havlock.com. If I figure it out I will post it here, or if you give me your email I will do the same...
Anyone else have any ideas????? Thanks Joey Quote:

Joey,
I found a solution. If you place this link HTML Code:
<a href="http://www.yourforum.com/coppermine/thumbnails.php?album=lastupby&uid=$post[userid]" target="_blank">My photos</a> the result is a link for each user's page in coppermine (named here "my photos", where all of his uploads are shown, no matter which gallery he has been uploading to. Does this help you as well? Defkalion. |
