Help!! I need to do a news feed
Hey guys, I know they exist but I do not know what they are called... can someone please direct me to the best known mod for adding a news feed (from a forum) onto my home page? sort of like a blog? I installed this one https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthrea...light=rss+feed but I cant figure out how to add it to my home page... maybe its because I'm tired but I don't know, any help would be much appreciated. Thanks guys.

I am obviously doing something wrong or not getting something. All I need is for my announcement forum to be shown as a news feed on the home page... I do not know anythign about RSS feeds, I know a small amount of XML from Flash developing and what not and I know a bit of PHP but I have no idea where I am with this RSS stuff.
Can anyone suggest something? like a tutorial? or taking the time to tell me how to get the results I need? thanks again guys! Benny |

I'm interested in the same thing - snatching the last ten or so posts from the forum and displaying them on a portal page. I suspect an RSS feed would accomplish that, or is there another way?
