Hi,

I'm starting a forum for the first time, and the "rules" that are included seem insufficient. I want to have a TOS that pretty much covers every base in terms of liability so I don't get sued by anybody. Does anybody know where I can get such a document?

simple... search for "TOS forum" on google, you will have a lot of examples on how to write yours... most of them are copy/pasted from some official ones...
