Find in postbit_legacy or postbit:

I think what he meant is to show a link or button under user nick. Better try and see what happen.

It provides a link to send the user a PM in their postbit. The postbit is where the avatar, username, usertitle, posts, location, etc is when a user posts in every post they make.
